Each package is an “all-rounder” workout routine to promote your overall health and fitness better.

This is the type of exercise that I followed and used as a foundation in my own fitness journey. The goal here is to excel and progress part of your fitness. We aim to work on a wide range of muscles as much as we can per session so that we really can focus on maximizing your physical activity.

Furthermore, we can also emphasize and draw attention to either one or more of your explicit goals, be it weight loss, training for a special event, or maximizing your reps or distance in a specific exercise.

I always give prominence to create your sessions based on your specific goals and fitness levels. During our time together as a fitness coach and client, your personal goals might shift, which must also be taken into account. Therefore, for each new cycle, we will evaluate and review how we are doing.

12, 16, 24-week program

What do I ask of my clients?

Three months or six months? Twice a week, or four times per week? Why?

I demand results. I have high expectations of my clients, as they have great aspirations and hopes of me as their PT to reach heights. I know from first-hand experience that results take time and require a great deal of hard work. Hence, I first and foremost turn to you to learn how you want to work out and see if you are ready to change your lifestyle. Consequently, I offer my packages of 12 weeks to 24 weeks.

Trust the process. Results take time! Depending on your goals, I would recommend either of the programs listed below.

12 – 16 weeks

Within a matter of three to four months, by applying hard work and dedication, you can achieve great results and see significant and noticeable improvement. Above all, if you follow our nutrition and exercise plan, I promise you that you will gain your desired results.

When you decide to join me on your transformation journey, you will briefly understand how I work and where you stand. You will ideally notice results and see how you can experience a change and be well on your way to promoting an active and healthy culture with the aid of a plan, continuous exercise, and a balanced nutrition plan. After three to four months, you will reach realistic goals and attain your new balanced lifestyle.

24 weeks

If you go ahead and choose the 24 weeks package, you need to prepare for a more substantial life change and more extensive results. With this package, you are on the lookout for a complete makeover, helping change your physical appearance and finding a new sustainable lifestyle. You go from who you are today to someone stronger, quicker, healthier, and maybe an even more handsome version of you. Together, we will plan a long-term plan where we aim to be closer to those goals at the end of the 6 months. I can guarantee results but cannot assure you of reaching your total goal in six months. But believe me, you will be far on your way. If you choose the 6-month regimen with me as your PT, you are making a long-term commitment to your health and creating a lasting change in your life.

For those who want to train with me by your side physically, I host virtual fitness classes via Zoom, thereby offering sessions while you work out at your neighbourhood gym or home.

Unfortunately, at the moment, I am not in a position to offer face-to-face sessions as I am traveling for work.
